Do I need to have Flash installed to view the video?
Our training video defaults to HTML5, but falls back to Flash if you are using an older browser that doesn’t support HTML5. So you should be able to view it if you have a modern browser. If you’re running an older version of Windows (which also limits the version of Internet Explorer you can run), it may not support HTML5, but this can be solved by using the latest Chrome or Firefox.
You can also view the training video on a mobile device (and both Android and iPhone support HTML5 video).
If you can view the video on the home page you’ll be able to view the training video.
